About Heidi Huffman

Heidi Huffman is an Arizona local: born, raised and refined. She started massage school in 1997 at Rainstar College in Scottsdale, within weeks of reading the curriculum she felt this was what she was meant to do. Throughout her time at Rainstar she was starting a family along with a career: Her family definitely enjoyed the benefits of all she was learning. Heidi loved being able to massage and stretch her little ones.

Heidi has spent 15 years of her career working in chiropractic offices. Most of those massages were targeting specific injuries and relieving pain. She was then invited to share space with a local hot yoga studio, which she couldn’t resist. It was a perfect place to combine yoga and massage, still two of her favorite activities. Heidi found it extremely beneficial to work on clients after they took a hot fitness class. She highly recommends this combo, yoga first! After several years in the Phoenix community Heidi left Arizona and had the opportunity to work with and learn from other great massage therapists around the country.

Heidi has learned many modalities over the last 25 years and she incorporates many of them into what her client’s affectionately refer to as a “Heidi” massage. It is hard to describe, it is something you have to experience.

Heidi gears each session toward the client, drawing on their requests and innate healing ability. Heidi truly values connecting with people and is passionate about helping her clients heal their bodies with her gentle guidance.

Yogi & Practitioner

Heidi has been practicing yoga for 25 years, her main practice for many years was the 26 and 2 sequence, formerly Bikram yoga. She loves all styles of yoga, but the 26 and 2 is still integrated into the fiber of her body. This is the yoga she taught for several years. Yoga is not just about being flexible, it is so much more than that. Fresh oxygen is an important part of living a healthy life. Movement helps the body move oxygen throughout the body for optimum health. Yoga is not about looking good to feel good, it is about feeling good to look good. When you feel good inside your body, you look good!

Heidi is currently in a 2 year advanced yoga therapy program. She is diving in to learn more so she can help heal her students at a deeper level.

Now Based out of Flagstaff, Arizona

After living in the valley most of her life, Flagstaff was a place to vacation and explore. She hasn’t lived here throughout all the seasons yet, but so far she loves it. She feels like she is on vacation most days. The people in Flag are so nice, it felt like home right away. She is excited to build a community here and connect with a new group of clients. Heidi has already met some amazing healers in the community and feels she has something to offer as well. She is a very compassionate person and recognizes that most people could use some love and attention.

Heidi recognizes the Havasupai, Hualapai, Apache, Navajo and Hopi peoples as the original inhabitants of this land, whom she honors, respects and strives to strengthen her relationship with and whose natural resources she benefits from to this day.
